With a special focus on pharma, medical office and medical rep catering, LoCicero’s offers hot, buffet style French-Italian cuisine with a flair for creating custom dishes from high-quality, local ingredients.

About The Chef
Creating, sharing, connecting. For chef Martin “Marty” Gonzalez, that’s what it’s all about. Inspired by his love for childhood family meals and his mixed French, Italian, and Spanish food upbringing, head chef and owner Martin Gonzalez created LoCicero’s to offer his clients that same connection that comes with a meal lovingly created and shared.
Chef Marty is a 3rd generation Floridian who loves to combine the flavors of local Florida fare with his European and Spanish cuisine influences. He has always enjoyed cooking for family and friends just like his Nana cooked for him, his large family, and anyone else who showed up for dinner when he was a child.
After years of sharing meals and helping friends cater events, his services were in demand and Marty discovered he could make a career out of his love for sharing good food. Serving at Ruth Eckerd Hall for 3 years and cooking for artists like Steven Tyler of Aerosmith, Seal, Jerry Seinfeld, Alice Cooper, Lindsey Buckingham and Don Henley, Martin went on to work at some of the best restaurants in Tampa including Élevage & Mise En Place.
While he has certainly carved out his own creative cooking personality, he has never forgotten his Sicilian grandmother, the large family kitchen, and every bite of food that somehow had a way of making you feel special. LoCicero’s is named for her, and Chef Marty continues to help others create, share and connect through the craft that he loves.
